Hi, I’m Josh — and like you, I’ve worn a few too many hats.
I’m a partner at Scales Plus, a leading distributor of precision weighing equipment, and M2 Scientifics, a supplier of laboratory essentials for education, research, and industry. Both businesses were built from the ground up with small teams, limited budgets, and a whole lot of figuring-it-out-on-the-fly.
Between navigating vendor chaos, writing SOPs that wouldn’t make me want to quit, and Googling “how to do payroll without crying” more than I’d like to admit, I realized something:
Running a small business isn’t about knowing everything. It’s about knowing just enough — at the right time — to keep going.
